Description
Top: On whistle coach passes puck off divider and player quick starts with quick start over sticks towards rebound. Shoot quick and high
Bottom: On whistle coach passes puck of divider and player starts over sticks and collects rebound pass from coach. Moves quickly to the outside and shoots.
