Player passes to Coach and begins skating toward pylon. Player receives return pass from Coach.

Player skates around Pylon and goes for shot on net.

Switch sides to ensure player is receiving pass on both forehand and backhand.

Notes: Player should also practice his/her backhand shot when shooting
