Description

Fastest skater - coach at blue behind cones, players skates as fast as possible, attempting to reach peak speed between blue and red where laser measures speed. Player skates towards cones at an angle.

Stickhandle - player gets 10 seconds to move puck max times from outside one hash mark to the other. Skates/feet stay still.

Agility - with and without puck

Notes: Change setup from Part 1 to adjust.

Keep stickhandling away from agility to avoid distractions.
