Description

Green line breaks out of own zone, when puck is dumped in.
Red line is stationary making one touch passes to themselves.

Green line attacks far net skating hard.

Once green passes the red line the coach can blow the whistle at any time and red is "released" to take a shot on the far net (outside the circle)

Green then back-checks hard into D zone positions and trys to get the puck out of the zone.
