Quick Up Drill - Conrolled and not Controlled Break Out

Description
1. D dumps puck into corner.
2. F skates to breakout position (F should NOT stop moving).
3. D gets passess puck (tape to tape) to F (controlled) or passes along boards to F (not controlled).
F can finish drill with a shot at the opposite end.
