1 on 0 with Back Checker- Compete Drill

Description

Player x will leave the line skating forward with a puck down the length of the ice. Once over the far blue line player x will shoot the puck on net. Once player X shoots the puck they will then touch the post with their stick. Once player X has touch the post with their stick Player O will then leave their line skating forward with a puck down the ice. Player X will back check on Player O to try and prevent O from shooting. This sequence will repeat its self with player O back checking on X once O has taken a shot and then touching post with their stick.(Note both lines will be leaving at the same time to start drill, this illustration only shows one for clarity of drill details.)Hence there will be 4 players in total going once the drill is in full swing.
