Description

* Description below starts at Gate 1 but make sure to have 4 or 5 players at each Gate to start the drill.

- Player leaves G1 and completes a half-rotation around the two circles and then shoots at the net at the blueline.

- He then picks up a puck at G2 and weaves through the pylons on the blueline - when he gets around the last pylon he skates between the blueline and redline and takes a shot at the 2nd net.

- he then repeats the same thing at G3 and shoots on the 3rd net.

- He then picks up a puck and weaves through last blueline pylons - when he gets around the last pylon he pivots backwards and completes a half-rotation around the two circles.

- Then lines up at G5 and goes right down the middle of the ice weaving through the discs for a shot on the 4th net.

Notes: * use different stickhandling variations at each station to advance the drill.
