Description

Each goalie will complete two sets of Shuffles, Butterfly Slides, T-Pushes and Butterfly (Overdrive) pushes.

Start in corner, goalie skate to blue line, movement to center of ice across blue line, up to red line (goalie skate) and so on.

Gather at far end and redo going back to other end

send each goalie after goalie in front reaches CENTRE ICE
