Puck battle into 1-1

Description
X1 and O1 protect the puck over the faceoff dot until coach blows whistle. Leave puck on dot, race to blue-line, stop, race back to puck. Play 1-1 for 5-10 seconds.
Switch positions.
Notes: Emphasize high speed.
