Description

Both end go at the same time. Make sure opposite corners go!!!. Forward leaves the corner with a puck and goes around the near dot then around the far circle. The defenseman goes around the circle and then around the dot. Then then go 1 on 1 down the ice making sure to stay on there half of the ice. Should be two stick lengths at far blue and one stick length gap at near blue line.

Can have the defense step up at the blue line
