Description
Drill starts as diagrammed. Coach area passes for wing or center to pick up and pass to Defense-man. D hinges to other D and passes to curling center or wing on weak side. Then Proper attack begins.
Wing drives wide
Center drives to net
Weak side wing cuts up blue-line and trails play
Be sure to move puck around and have D hinge each way and pass to centers and wings.
