Description

Coach puts puck low in corner. The team that gets puck must get the puck to the Defense. That team is on offense the other team in on Defense. D must find lane to shoot puck. D can walk blue and/or pass to partner.
Forwards on defense must battle forwards on offense. Good defense positioning contact with offense.
Forwards on offense must have one high player and at least one in front of goalie.
On rebound forwards battle for possession and get to Defense.
