Backwards Skating Border Drill w/ Puck

Description

Same Drill in all 4 face off dots

X1 starts skating to his/her left without puck to top of border where there is a puck.

X1 picks up puck, pivots and skates backward w/ puck full circle

Once X1 gets back to top of border again, he/she stops, and skates opposite direction backwards w/ puck and does another full circle to top of border again. This time leaves the puck for next skater in line.

X1 proceed back to line up.

When starting drill again, have player start to his or her right going in opposite direction
