Description

Players handle the puck maintaning blade to puck contact. As the player pulls the puck across the body he should roll the top hand and allow the puck to fall out the heel of the stick and quickly cup the blade and recieve the puck with out lifting the blade from the ice and limiting the time the puck is not in contact with the blade
