Basic Warmup

Description

Both goalies head in opposite directions from center of net to boards, 1st doing C-Cuts and return to center of net. 2nd pass is doing shuffle steps. 3rd pass is T-Pushes. 4th pass is butterfly slides.
Important: Goalies must maintain proper stance, strong stick position throughout drill and staying square and facing up ice. During butterfly slides goalie should return to stance and pause for one second after each slide.
Water break after drill.

Notes: Advanced Drill: Can be done with two coaches who at times through each pass will toss/shoot pucks up at blocker/glove area for goalies to deflect (Like shots)
