Description

Station 1: In both circles line up X and O with no sticks. X is trying to get O out of the circle by taking away space and using angles. Push on hips, when they turn go, when their chest is facing you, contain. Good Defensive Side positioning.

Station 2: Buddy bumping, arms locked first then open ice shoulder to shoulder then wide turns shoulder to shoulder

Station 3: X makes 1 touch give and go to O (blue) skates to net, makes 2nd 1 touch give an go to O (red) shoots. Players rotate as green line shows.
