Start in Lane 1 skating forward until the first pylon
Crossover to turn around pylon and continue forward down Lane 2
Crossover to turn around pylon and continue forward down Lane 3
Crossover to turn around pylon and continue forward down Lane 4
Crossover to turn around pylon and continue forward down Lane 1
Repeat forward for 3 - 5 laps
Stopping in place on double whistle to get next instructions.
Start from place that you finished do not line up at the start of Lane 1.
3 - 5 laps backwards in lanes 2 & 4
2 - 3 laps balanced glide with arms out front between the blue lines
