Description

Two team race

Line up on opposite sides of the blue line
1st girl in each line skates without the puck around the opposite net; crossovers around the net and coach; full acceleration into the middle; receive pass from teammate; shoot the puck on net if girls scores does one full lap and then line up on opposite blue line to start next game from opposite direction (passing with coach and then other scorers until drill is complete); if no goal goes to line and gets ready for next shot; next girl goes once goalie they are shooting on is back on their feet.
