Game Warm Up

Diagrams     

Description

1. Skate hard both forwards and backwards around the circles (pivoting in between). Once you have completed the backwards circle, pivot to forwards and EXPLODE. Stop at the boards (Blueline - spraying snow as high as you can), pivot to backwards. Stop at the redline, EXPOLDE forwards to far edgw of the centre circle and join the back of the queue.

2. Left wing queue (queue 1) starts. Skate (with puck) to the top of the circle and take a wrist shot on goal, then join the end of the next queue (centre or queue 2).
Centre (queue 2) skates (with puck) to the top of the circle and take a wrist shot on goal. then join the end of the next queue (right wing or queue 3).
Right wing (queue 3) skates (with puck) to the top of the circle and take a wrist shot on goal. then join the end of the next queue (left wing or queue 1).
