Description

X1,X2,and X3 leave at the same time. Skate around top of center ice face off circle. X1 transitions backwards and plays defense. X2 or X3 receive pass from opposite line and attack net. Drill continues from opposite side. Switch sides.

Notes: Attack with speed. Sticks on ice. Office try to control middle lane. Defens keep puck carrier wide while limiting passing lane option.
Can also be run as a 2v2, 3v2, 3v3, etc.
