Description

Forward starts with the puck facing D man who about 3 stick lengths apart. The Forward skates in a S pattern till the red line. D man shadows pattern till the red line skating backwards. Once they hit Red line the forward attacks net and dman plays one on one . Both sides leave at same time staying on own side of the ice. Illustration only shows one side for clarity.
