Description

A line of forwards apply back pressure on player O1. O1 skates down ice with puck weaving around. The back checking line takes the puck from O1 and quickly attacks the end they left from. The defense are following the play and then pivot backwards once the forwards steal the puck. The defense wants to keep a tight gap as they move up ice so they are pushed to get back in transition. Once the puck is taken it is a quick 3 on 2. O1 is done once the puck is taken off his stick.

variation: O1 can join the defense making it a 3 on 3

Notes: O1 gives puck easily once he is caught by backcheckers
