Description

Set up 3 cones/pucks on board side with one cone/pick outside of face off circle as shown.

Transitions - 5-6 minutes

Player starts to his/her left. Skates forward up to first cone, pivots around cone and skates backward back to cone where he/she started. Player continues up to center cone, pivots opposite direction, skates backward back to original cone. Continues same pattern up to 3rd and final cone.

Be sure on next rotation, player is transitioning 2 times on opposite side so to be sure equal transitions are completed.
