Two shooters in front of each net one shooter at top with pucks
On whistle
- X2 slides to one side of net or stays in front
- X3 slides to one side of net or stays in front
x3 shoots for rebound or shoots for deflection
coach counts to three while it's played out
Rebound rule 1 pass per rebound
