Four Line Warm Up W/Pucks

Diagrams

Description

1-stick handle around cones and shoot on net
2-forwards to blue line pivot to backwards while maintaining control of the puck, pivot back to forwards(Less skilled players can go without puck to get skill down before adding puck)
3-shoulder to shoulder passing, length of the ice, cushion passing and leave stick out as target
4-Give and Go passing with coaches with shot at the end. Again, tell kids to leave stick out there as target and cushion pass when receiving

Notes: Drill is meant to keep as many kids moving as possible. If you notice your line getting too long, then start sending the kids quicker. This is a warm up drill but any coaches that are aren't passing or controlling a line up should be correcting or critiquing kids skill.
