3 on 3 Games

Description
*6 teams formed based off of skill levels
*2 teams on ice with 3 games in each zone
*2 goalies, 2 tutor shooters & 2 targets (rotate between games)
*After horn sounds kids sitting on dividers jump into game while kids who were playing sit on dividers till next shift
(water bottles at dividers)
Notes: *Games based on equal skill levels
- competitive, challenging games
- Success driven strategy
= kids who never touched puck before in games will be set up for more puck time, (involved = fun/success)
- Triangulation: kids learn triangulation and support with 3 vs 3
*May be some double shifting if kids are missing from game day or some games can go 2v2 (will balance ice times out)
