Description

Neutral Zone-Tight turns around the cones both ways without the puck, then both ways with the puck

Quick starts and stops at the cones around the circles. Do both ways with out pucks, then do both ways with pucks.

Start at goal line, go through middle of cones and pivot around the top right cone. Go backwards and pivot forward around the bottom left cone. Go through middle of circle and pivot backward around the top left cone. Go to top of circle and stop at designated spot, and and sprint back to goal line. Do both ways without pucks, then do both ways with pucks.
