Warm Up - Skate Around - Jump & Slide

Description
Kids skate around going forwards and jump at the two side pylons and slide at the pylons at center ice.
Blow whistle, have kids stop and go in the other direction.
Notes: Progression would be to get kids skating backwards and jump at all pylons.
