Description

Split Players in 2 groups, 1 in each corner. Full speed, forward skating along the boards with puck, circle around first pilon, then inside circle around second pilon, then straight towards blue line, pivot backwards around pilon, pivot again going forward towards last pilon, pivot backwards around, skate backwards with puck back to blue, pivot again, drive forward towards net and shoot. Switch sides afterwards. Be attentive behind/close to nets.
