Description

Players are divided in 2 groups, same side. Both groups start at the same time.

Group in the corner. 4 skaters at a time. Forward skate along the boards, 1 full turn around circle, tight turn around net, pivot, backward skating around circle, pivot at blue line, forward skate around center circle and go back in line.

Group along boards. 4 skaters at a time. Forward around center circle, pivot at blue line, backward skating around circle, tight turn around net, pivot and forward around last circle and go back in line.
