Description

The players are arranged with one offensive and one defensive player in each corner and at the blue line. Each offensive player has a puck. The drill starts with a 1 vs 1. After 8-10 seconds, the coach blows a whistle and that puck is dead. The two players in the opposite corner immediately activate creating a 2 vs 2 with the players that started the drill. After another 8-10 seconds, the coach blows a whistle for the players at the blue line to activate, creating a 3 vs 3. The coach can add a 4th puck if desired.
