Description

Line players up as shown

On coaches go #1 skates between the tire and the boards turning right and coming to a complete stop on the left side of the net. #1 then skates backwards to the opposite side of the net again coming to a complete stop. #1 then skates forward again between the tire and the boards, as 1 skates by the line of players #2 follows right behind #1 repeating the drill as #1 did it.

#1 skates out and pivots as he rounds the tire in mid ice and skates backwards to the line, all players continue doing same drills until everyone has done the entire drill 3 times, then the entire line move to the opposite side and does the drill again 3 times in the opposite direction.
