Description
Set up as shown
On coaches whistle X1 skates backwards around the circle and receives a pass from X2 at the has marks, X1 continues around circle while facing the line he came from. When X1 reaches 2nd set of hash marks returns puck to X2 and X1 goes to the net for a deflection.
When X1 has returned pass to X2 O1 then starts to repeat same drill
Timing and concentration is very important to keep this drill flowing
