Description

Line players up as shown( the players along the boards are actually on the benches) on whistle player dumps puck in and forechecks hard, create turn over while keeping the triangle set up and get a scoring chance. At some point the coach will blow the whistle and whoever has the puck dumps it behind the net and it becomes a break out.

Once over the center ice line dump the puck in again and breakout again, again at center ice dump puck in and go for a line change, and the drill continues the same.

1 Offensive rush and 2 breakouts then line change, keep the flow going as game situations.
