Description
Mirror Skating
Forward goes half speed -
Defense mirrors forward - if forward goes left defense goes left.
Stick on stick, body on body
If forward moves stick to right player moves stick to the right.
Switch roles on the other side.
Increase speed as they get better at it.
Add pucks as a last advance
