Description

-a player from each line leaves on the whisle and make a cross ice pass to the D.
-the D makes a pass to the other D and the pass is returned to the 1st D.
-the players skate down around the pylon and back around the other pylon.
-the D then makes a pass to the player who then goes in and shoots on the net.

Notes: Players work on timing and making themselves a good target.
D work on quick D to D passes.(don't over handle the puck)
