Description

Forwards start at the blueline. D-men start at the top of the circle. Coach dumps in and D-men retrive puck for a quick up pass to winger. Center cycle low in support for either a bank pass or direct pass from forwards. Forwards break out and make a pass to the coach at far blue line and then counter back on a 2-1 on the gapped up D-men. Add a coach or forward for pressure on forwards
