Description
On Whistle 2 forwards skate from each corner passing and driving far net, take shot and stay in front.
On whistle 2 Defense skate backwards around center circle, transition and skate into offensive zone and receive a pass from coach and take one timer.
Players all leave at same time, return to corners they finish at.
