Description
Continuous drill
skate from corner and receive pass from one end for one timer, then skate low and head north to other end for high slot shot.
Other end skate from corner and shoot from top of circle, swing low and head north for high slot shot.
Notes: Full speed
Shoot while skating
Heads up all the way
