Description

4 d-men in teh neutral zone. On coach's whistle players start from opposite corners with puck and make a pass to far d-men once they reach the blue line. D-men start to hinge and go to D to D. Forwards time it so that they can get a return pass from far d-men and go down for a shot from the top of the circles.
