Description

Skate out of zone accepting pass. Turn around cone then pass back. Skate across the slot receiving pass at top of circle. Skate around cone then pass back. Skate hard around center dot, then receiving pass in the slot for a quick shot.

Notes: Skater then moves down to take on deck position for passing. Person doing passing then moves in line to skate.
