Scrambler

Diagrams

Description

Players take off, one at a time from the corners, and travel around the pylons until the round the one at center ice. When they round the pylon at center, they will receive a pass from the Coach (beside the net). They then carry the puck in through the traffic, and take a shot on net.

Notes: As soon as a player rounds the first pylon, a Coach will send another player. At any given time there will be 6 or 7 players in the course. Players need to keep their eyes up to avoid a collision, and receive the pass. Every couple times through the skating can be changed up ... all backward, forward to backward transition, etc.
