Description

Station 1: Players take passes from coach and shoot on goal
Station 2. Players perform official faceoff in position. Defensive team must carry puck out with at least one pass, offensive team must score on net with at least one pass.

Notes: Work on Defensive D sending puck up boards. Working on offense passing into the middle.
