Description

On whistle one player leaves from each line towards the cones ahead of them. One player has a puck, the other does not. The player with the puck passes the puck to the coach as they move out of the zone. The coach holds the puck and the coaches tell the players to move to the blue line and wait. Once both players are waiting at the blue line, the coach passes the puck back to the player and they are told to go in, pass to their team mate and that player shoots on the goalie.
