Description

Station 1 - player skates with puck hard, power turns behind net and skates hard to rip seam and shoots. The player on other side goes next. Have players alternate sides.

Station 2 - Figure 8 power turns with puck. Players go on whistle and stop on whistle. have player make 3 figure 8's and then next set of players go.

Station 3 - Pass and slam. Player gets in slot area charges stick and slams pass from puck immediately into net. Have them lift and keep puck on ice alternate.
