Description

Coach sets up beside the net with the pucks

Two players go in front of the net.

One is the F and the other is the D. They switch each time.

On go, the F and D fight for position, the forward trying to get open so that the coach can pass to him so he can get a shot off.

The defense wants to have his head on a swivel, knowing where both the passer (the coach) and the shooter (the F) are.

They switch each time.

Progression:
1) Have a player be the passer.
2) Allow the passer to go behind the net and pass from either side.
