Description

Line players & nets up as shown ( if there is only one goalie eliminate the middle line).

This is a discipline drill where all players must be aware at all times to keep the drill moving smoothly.

Do not rush passes, wait for player your passing to to get into their position behind the goal line. Again do not rush as speed will come over time with this drill.

Make sure players return to a different line then they started from.
