Description

Drill forces defense to get head up and read the oncoming pressure. D needs to read the open play. They have multiple options. D-D pass, Put the puck back low, shoot or hit man in front of the net. Depending on the attacking pressure D needs to make the correct read. Reads needs to be quick.

F3 starts with the puck behind the net and moves it up to the D. X 1 applies the pressure, while F1/2 move to get open. x1/x2 essentially operate at the top of the box for pressure.
