Description

X1 - Use red bars. Puck moves under bars, while players step over. Use at 2-3 bars. x1 makes a pass off the rebounder, while catching it in an escape rotation.

X2- Weave between cones. pick up speed around pads. Crossing over the entire time picking up speed. Shooting while in stride.
