Description
Position players, goalies and pucks as illustrated.
D passes to F at centre line and F carrys puck to goalie as illustrated.
D skates to middle of ice at blue line pivots and defends a 1 on 1 with forward coming down from other end.
D and F return to their lines upon completion of drill.
